Whole Family Fitness Keeps Parents Healthy
/t’s recommended that adults spend 2 ½ hours a week in active exercise. That’s breaks down to five 30-minute workouts. For busy parents like yourselves, that seems like too much. That might mean a gym membership and time away from your kids, but it doesn’t have to be. Since your kiddos are already at our facility, hang around for your class. They’ll be with us while you participate in one of our kickboxing or adult karate classes. Your kids can even watch. Plus, our classes are 45 minutes long. If you take our classes four times a week (after your kiddos class is over), you’ll have 180 active minutes, which is over the recommendation for optimal heart health
