MMA is the ULTIMATE system of combat sports and self-defense. MMA combines striking, through Muay Thai and Boxing techniques, with grappling through BJJ and Wrestling techniques. Our classes focus on teaching the transition between the striking and grappling ranges of combat. You don’t need to be a fighter to participate in this class but be ready for an intense workout.

Muay Thai, known as the art of 8 limbs, teaches the prinicples of striking through punches and kicks as well as knee and elbow strikes. Our classes, while physically challenging, allow each student to train at his/her own pace. These classes will help students improve flexibility, overall strength, cardio-vascular fitness and self-defense.
Our Muay Thai classes will provide students with the complete conditioning of a fighter and the tools they need for the ring, even though they may never compete. This class is perfect for anyone looking for the best workout or to push their conditioning to a new level.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
BJJ is the art of weaponless self-defense. A martial art, combat sport and self-defense system all in one, BJJ focuses on fighting in close range of your opponent and grappling, especially ground fighting. BJJ uses leverage and balance to achieve maximum effect with minimal effort. BJJ provides the foundation for all grappling training. This class promotes all around fitness including strength, flexibility and stress reduction. BJJ NO GI - allows students to become acclimated to the fast-paced world of submission grappling with a focus on difference in grips and movements to accommodate the lack of a uniform to hold on to.
Wrestling is a combat sport involving grappling type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds. Whether you're a beginner, looking to get in better overall shape or an experienced athlete looking to compete in the sport environment, this class is a great option, with curriculum that is completely customizable based on individual skill and talent.
Kenpo Karate is a martial art characterized by the use of quick hand strikes in rapid succession. These fast strikes aim to overwhelm your opponent while you effectively hit your target. In addition to being a great form of exercise, Kenpo Karate is also a great form of self-defense. In our classes students will learn practical self-defense skills such as blocking, striking and grappling. These classes help students improve their balance, coordination and overall fitness while practicing and developing self-discipline. Kenpo Karate builds your mind as well as your body. All of our classes offer age specific curriculum.
